Built From Experience

Hi! My name is Kaylie Lepley and I a STEM college graduate, former college athlete, and lifelong multi-sport competitor with a deep focus on performance, health, and sustainable results.

My background blends analytical and algorithmic thinking with real-world physical performance.

I have personally experienced both extremes of transformation:

  • Gaining over 50 pounds during COVID and rebuilding my body through disciplined nutrition.
  • Becoming underweight during college due to stress, to the point where I battled with Hypothalamic amenorrhea, but learned how to properly fuel and restore my health.

Through research, structure, and experimentation, I developed a sustainable, performance-based nutrition system focused on body recomposition, energy optimization, and longevity.

Today I live an active lifestyle centered around lifting, outdoor movement, and pushing physical limits while maintaining flexibility and balance with mostly whole foods and structured macro planning.
