What I do with what you tell me.

I collect what you type into the two forms on this site, it arrives in my email inbox, and I use it to build and deliver your plan. I do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list. There are no tracking cookies, no analytics, and no advertising pixels anywhere on this site. If you want your information deleted, email me and I will delete it.

Lepley Nutrition is a sole proprietorship operated by Kaylie Lepley in California, United States. I am the only person who reads what you send. There is no team and no assistant.

The short application on the apply page asks for your name, email, phone number (optional), age, gender, height, weight, activity level, your goal, what you find hardest about nutrition, whether you currently track macros, and which plan you are interested in.

You choose what to put in the free-text field. Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, or anything you would not want sitting in an ordinary email inbox.

If I take you on as a client, I send a longer questionnaire. On top of the basics it asks about your work hours, training, sleep, daily steps, what you eat in a typical day, how often you eat out, your grocery budget, your kitchen setup, alcohol, food preferences, and how you would like me to contact you.

Two of those answers are health information in the ordinary sense of the phrase: allergies or intolerances, and any digestive issues such as bloating, IBS or reflux. I ask because I cannot build you a safe plan without them. They are handled the same way as everything else described here, and you are free to leave anything blank.

When you submit either form, the contents are sent through Resend, an email delivery service, and land in a private email inbox that only I have access to. Resend processes the message in order to deliver it. Their privacy terms are at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

This website has no database. Nothing you submit is stored on the site itself. Your answers live in my email, and in the plan document I build for you.

This site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and diagnostics, the same as essentially every website. I do not have any product built on top of those logs.

Nothing is charged on this website. If we agree to work together, I send a Stripe payment link. Your card details go directly to Stripe and I never see or handle them. Stripe's privacy terms are at stripe.com/privacy.

This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising tracker, and no session tracking of any kind. The fonts are served from this site rather than loaded from Google, so browsing here does not report anything to a third party.

That is also why you have not been asked to accept a cookie banner. There is nothing to accept.

Nobody. I do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with any third party for their own purposes.

The only companies that touch it are the ones needed to run the service and named above: Resend to deliver the email, my email provider to hold it, Vercel to serve the site, and Stripe to take payment. Each of those acts on my instructions.

The one exception is a legal one. If I were required by law to hand something over, I would have to comply.

If you apply and we do not end up working together, I delete your application within 90 days.

If you become a client, I keep your questionnaire and your plan for as long as you are working with me and for 24 months afterwards, so that I can pick things back up if you return without making you fill it all in again. After that I delete it.

You can ask me to delete your information at any point, including while you are a client, and I will do it.

Email hello@lepleynutrition.com and you can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct something, or ask me to delete it. I will respond within 30 days and there is no charge.

Depending on where you live you may have these rights formally under law, for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK and EU GDPR. I extend them to everyone regardless of where you are, because keeping two standards would be silly for a business this size.

Your information travels to me over an encrypted connection and sits in an email account protected by a strong password and two-factor authentication.

I am not going to claim more than that. This is a one-person business using ordinary reputable services, not a hospital records system. That is exactly why the forms do not ask for medical records, and why you should not send them.

This service is not intended for anyone under 18 and I do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you are under 18, please do not submit the forms.

If what I do with your information changes, I will change this page and update the date below. If the change is significant and you are a current client, I will email you rather than quietly editing the page.
